Initially, they sought to revamp the appearance of their outdated walkout basement facing the lake, frequently utilized for hosting gatherings. Additionally, they aimed to establish a lively and comfortable apartment-style atmosphere for their adult special needs son, who resided there permanently. By incorporating diverse shiplap patterns as wall treatments, we successfully delineated a masculine sports viewing area while ensuring that the mother obtained the serene and sophisticated relaxation space she desired.
